About us

In 2022 life took a new direction for me and I rediscovered my passion for sewing.  "theforthstitcher" was born out of this and my life long love of yarn crafting.  What could be better than sewing beautiful bags and organisers in which to store my (many) knitting projects and tools?!

All the products you see are designed and created by me, with the needs of a yarn crafter at the heart of the design. I believe in supporting other businesses local to me and, where possible, I source my materials from them rather than a faceless online market place. There are only a small number made in any one fabric, and many will be completely unique. 

In addition to the pieces you see in the store I am happy to create something just for you, to your own measurements, allowing you to have a unique piece to fit your own particular purpose. Please contact me if you would like to discuss that.
